The Leverage band uses resistance to regulate the proper angle of leverage between the racquet and the forearm on groundstrokes and volleys. Attach the clip at the center main strings of the racquet to develop the wrist “wave” that generates heavy topspin, while resisting the tendency to “slap” with the wrist. For two-handed backhands, switch the cuff to the non-dominant arm to develop better topspin. For the slice backhand and volleys, attach the clip near the string tie off of the racquet to maintain a strong wrist for contact and resist the tendency to “chop” from the wrist.
